Where to find them

In the customer area, under Billing. Each row has the invoice PDF.

Invoices are issued by software certified by the Portuguese tax authority and reported to it. Each carries the legal number, the ATCUD and the QR code.

If you see a document marked internal copy, that one has no fiscal standing — it is a reference of ours. The official document is always the invoice PDF.

Billing details

Confirm your tax number and address in settings before the first invoice. An issued invoice is immutable by law: correcting details means issuing a credit note.
