Signing up

Go to nexiagent.com and choose Sign up. You need a work email and a password. You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft, in which case there is no password to manage at all.

Trial period

Your account starts with 14 days of full access, no card required. Nothing is locked during that time — if it does not suit you, you pay nothing and there is nothing to cancel.

Securing the account

Turn on two-step verification in settings as soon as you can. We support authenticator apps and passkeys. On an account that handles customer conversations, this is not an extra.

What happens next

After signing up you land on the dashboard. It is empty on purpose — the next step is creating your first agent, and it takes under ten minutes.
