How

Under Billing in the panel, each subscription has Cancel subscription. No need to call or write to anyone. You can change your mind until the end of the period with Resume.

What happens

The assistant keeps working until the end of the period already paid. After that nothing more is charged and it stops. There is no pro-rata refund of the current period.

With PayPal the cancellation is final the moment you ask for it; access stays until the end of the paid period.

Your data

After it stops, the account and the history remain for as long as the account exists. To close the account or delete data, ask us — see Data and privacy.
